UPIKE requires all student athletes to live in a University operated residence hall. For athletes wishing to live off campus, the athlete must meet the criteria detailed on the Off-Campus Residency Application.

Students wanting to live off campus can request to do so by the following dates for each semester:
Fall 2020 – Off-Campus Residency Application is due May 31, 2020
Spring 2021 – Off-Campus Residency Application is due December 1, 2020
Fall 2021 – Off-Campus Residency Application is due May 31, 2021
Spring 2022 – Off-Campus Residency Application is due December 1, 2021
Applications received after the above dates will not be accepted. Students need to submit their application by completing this form prior to signing a lease for off-campus housing and submitting it to the Office of Residence Life with all required signatures. Each student athlete’s application will be reviewed and may be appealed by a committee formed by Student Affairs. The student athlete will be notified of a decision by the Director of Residence Life within 3-5 business days of receipt of application.
