Applying to UPIKE is easy

Our admissions counselors are here to help you through the application process and answer questions along the way. Contact the Office of Admissions at (606) 218-5251 or wewantyou@upike.edu.

  1. Submit an official high school transcript via www.parchment.com or GED scores www.gedtestingservice.com.
  2. Submit official transcript(s) from any previous college or post-secondary courses.
    Contact your previous institution(s) to request your official transcript(s), or visit www.parchment.com or www.studentclearinghouse.org.
  3. Submit official results of the ACT and/or the SAT, COMPASS scores and KYOTE scores. Visit www.actstudent.org, www.sat.collegeboard.org or contact the high school you attended for official test scores.
  4. File the FAFSA. The quickest way to file is online at https://studentaid.gov/. Don’t forget to use UPIKE’s code: 001980. You can complete the FAFSA on, or after, October 1 using tax information from a previous year.

Prospective international students may download the International Undergraduate Application for Admission and Financial Affidavit. Complete the forms and mail to International Student & Scholar Services, University of Pikeville, 147 Sycamore Street, Pikeville, KY 41501, U.S.A.; or email to international@upike.edu.
