BEARS@WORK is the career portal for the Kentucky College of Optometry. It allows students and alumni to search local, regional and national optometry jobs. The system also features videos on writing resumes and cover letters while the My Prep section offers the opportunity for job seekers to conduct practice interviews and review them. Making your BEARS@WORK profile public allows recruiters to search your profile and reach out to you. BEARS@WORK is provided free of charge to students, alumni, employers and recruiters.
Note: Job Seeker Accounts and Employer Accounts use separate credentials.

If you are an alumnus do not use your upike.edu email account as an employer. Once your account is approved, you will receive an email notifying you and your job posting will be uploaded or can be created for posting. Your log in allows you to manage your job posting(s) as well as view resumes from applicants and search student profiles that are made public.
Log in using your full UPIKE email address (including @upike.edu) and your current UPIKE email password to see and apply for jobs. Students and doctors can view job postings and apply to jobs by logging in using your @upike.edu email (see above). Reset password if you are having a problem logging in.
