Spiritual Direction

SPIRITUAL DIRECTION is a relationship that helps support your spiritual journey and quest. This relationship is rooted in two people who have a desire to grow in spiritual depth. A spiritual director is a trained spiritual guide who listens to and companions someone. Often spiritual direction is used to help a person discern life transitions and to help facilitate the asking of big life questions. The task of the spiritual director is to diligently pay attention to the person’s story and the movement of God’s Spirit, and to encourage spiritual growth.
