Reporting

The university recognizes that choosing to report an incident and deciding how to proceed is an ongoing process. Reports should be made promptly, but there is no time limitation on reporting. Reports of harassment or discrimination will be investigated in a manner that is prompt, adequate and impartial.

There are confidential and non-confidential reporting options available to all members of the campus community. Confidential resources include mental health counselors, health service providers and the campus chaplain.

You have the choice to report to the Title IX Office, file a police report, both or neither. To file a police report and move forward with the criminal justice process, please contact the Pikeville City Police. To report an incident to the Title IX Office, please contact the Title IX Coordinator or other staff member.
