University of Pikeville Transcript Requests
As of September 10, 2015, transcripts will be processed through Parchment Exchange and will no longer be requested through any previous methods including, fax, email, WebAdvisor, or online request form.
Currently enrolled athletes needing transcripts uploaded to the NAIA for eligibility while at UPIKE do not need to use Parchment Exchange. Please contact the Registrar’s Office for more details (606) 218-5260

Information and ordering information for an undergraduate (bachelor's/dual credit), graduate (master's), osteopathic (D.O.), or a combination of these transcripts are as follows:
Electronic - Use this method to order an official, certified PDF of your transcript. Orders are generally processed by the next business day, but please allow for additional processing time during high volume periods (i.e. registration or graduation). Once delivered, eTranscripts will be available for download for 15 days.
Paper Transcript – Mailed - Use this method to order an official paper copy of your transcript to be mailed to a destination. Orders are generally processed by the next business day, but please allow for additional processing time during high volume periods (i.e. registration or graduation).
Paper Transcript – Pickup - Use this method to order an official paper copy of your transcript to be picked-up at the University of Pikeville. All transcripts picked-up are stamped “Issued to Student.” Please allow 24 hours processing time before arriving at the university. Orders are generally processed by the next business day, but please allow for additional processing time during high volume periods (i.e. registration or graduation). Valid photo identification may be required when picking up transcripts in person.
Notes: Transcripts will not be processed for those with restrictions or holds placed on their account.
We are located in the Armington Learning Center, Room 218. Our transcript processing hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Now/On Demand - Transcript will be processed based on the current point and time in the semester.
Hold for Grades - Transcript will be processed at the end of the semester after grades, honors, and academic standing are applied. This may occur up to 2-3 weeks following the end of classes for the semester.
Hold for Degree -Transcript will be processed after degrees have been applied. This may occur up to two weeks following the end of classes for the semester.
UPIKE charges a fee for each transcript released. Please allow up to two business days for all methods of processing.
eTranscript processing: $10 per copy
Standard Domestic Mail: $12 per copy ($10 copy fee plus $2 standard mail fee)
International Mail: $13 per copy ($10 copy fee plus $3 standard mail fee)
o FedEx Overnight Domestic: $35 ($10 copy fee plus $25 overnight fees)
o FedEx International Priority: $50 ($10 copy fee plus $40 international fees)
How to Order:
All official transcript requests will be processed through the Parchment Exchange and all major credit cards will be accepted for payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card).
All students/alumni must create an account the first time visiting the Parchment Exchange. You will need to jot this information down in a safe place, as UPIKE personnel cannot access this information for you.
All orders must be placed through this Parchment Exchange account. All walk-in requests will still be required to log-in to (or create) their account at our registrar’s office kiosk station. Staff members will be available to assist if necessary.
Walk-in requesters must pay by cash, check, or credit card. Requesters will be required to take their request to the business office and return to the registrar’s office to provide proof of payment.
Please note that the business office cannot accept any payment after 4:30 p.m. daily.
Tracking Your Order:
Transcript requests WILL BE CANCELLED for any student who has an outstanding debt with UPIKE. You will be notified of this order cancellation via email. You will have to resubmit your order once your outstanding debt has been paid.
Your credit card will not be charged if your order is cancelled.
Transcript orders may be tracked through your account in Parchment Exchange and per emails sent to the primary email address listed for you on your Parchment Exchange account record.
Transcripts are not processed or mailed when UPIKE is closed, including Saturday and Sunday. You may still order your transcript, however it will not be processed or mailed until staff returns to the office.
