Located on the second floor of Armington in Suite 218, the Registrar’s Office has custodial responsibility for student academic records. We serve our students and faculty by providing access to information necessary to support their educational experience, course scheduling, registration and academic transcripts.

We serve parents of our students and alumni by providing information that is helpful and necessary for the individual needs within the bounds of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Transcripts

Electronic transcripts are processed through Parchment Exchange, along with requests for mailed transcripts.

Commencement

Students who complete degree requirements in the fall, spring, or summer (within 12 hours) are eligible to participate with proper paperwork filed in the Registrar’s Office.

Transfer Courses

UPIKE’s students can access a list of pre-approved transfer courses via Acadeum. Students can click the link, sign up for an account using their UPIKE student email, verify their UPIKE email and register for these approved courses. The student is responsible for payment of tuition and any applicable fees.

Please note that all registrations are still dependent on UPIKE approval on a student-by-student basis. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
