University of Pikeville Transcript Requests

Electronic transcripts (eTranscripts) are processed through Parchment Exchange, along with requests for mailed transcripts. No third party requests for transcripts will be accepted as this is student-initiated processing. We do not accept requests for transcripts via fax or telephone.

If this is your first visit to the UPIKE/Parchment online ordering system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders. Upon future visits for transcripts, you will log in with your credentials and click Sign-In.

It is strongly recommended that you do not create an account using a UPIKE provided email address, as it could be deactivated after you leave UPIKE. Please use a personal email account when creating this account so you can manage the Parchment Exchange account in the future.

Currently enrolled students needing transcripts sent to UPIKE’s Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine (KYCOM) Office of Admissions or Kentucky College of Optometry (KYCO) Office of Admissions, please contact the Registrar’s Office for more details at (606) 218-5260 or Registrar@upike.edu.

Currently enrolled athletes needing transcripts uploaded to the NAIA for UPIKE eligibility, please contact the Office of the Registrar for more details at (606) 218-5260 or Registrar@upike.edu.

When ready to place an order, click the Parchment Exchange link.
