University of Pikeville alumni and friends recently traveled to Cincinnati to attend a major league baseball game at the Great American Ballpark. With a sold-out crowd in the Staples Triple Play Suites, UPIKE hosted 75 guests to watch the Reds face off against the Chicago Cubs. Guests of the university enjoyed a buffet and fantastic view from left field.
UPIKE alum Tommy Chamberlin, who helped inaugurate the event years ago, says this is just
one of many opportunities to reconnect with friends of the university.
“Participating as an attendee, this is one of my favorite UPIKE events,” said Chamberlin. “It is a
fun atmosphere where I can enjoy socializing with other alums and take in a Reds game all at the
