Campus Tours

Day Tours

Day tours are the most popular tours that the University of Pikeville offers. They allow students to visit the campus during normal school days and offer the benefits of speaking with professors, sitting in on classes, speaking with representatives from Admissions and Student Financial Services, eating in the campus dining hall and interacting with current students.

Group Tours

Tours are offered to students during the weekday who wish to tour the campus with family and/or friends or with their class or school. A professor may speak with them and they may dine in the campus dining hall.

Overnight Tours

These tours are offered to students who would like to experience campus life first-hand. Students usually arrive in the evening and attend a game or activity, or go to a movie, and then out to eat at a restaurant of their choice. After that, they will be allowed to spend the night in a dorm room. The next morning the student may enjoy breakfast in the campus dining hall, sit in on a class(es) and/or talk to a professor.

Weekend Tours

Weekend tours are offered upon request. However, since the University of Pikeville does not currently offer weekend classes and the faculty and staff are not usually on campus, most students prefer to visit the campus Monday through Friday.

To schedule a campus tour contact your admissions counselor or call the Admissions office at 606.218.5251.
