UPIKE students inducted into business honor society

The University of Pikeville-Coleman College of Business inducted its 15th class into the Sigma Beta Delta international honor society for business, management and administration.

Sigma Beta Delta is an international honor society for students majoring in business and awards lifetime membership. Students in the top 20 percent of their junior or senior class are invited for membership. The induction ceremony was led by Pamela Gilliam, Ed.D., Burlin Coleman distinguished professor of business and Sigma Beta Delta advisor. Attendees were welcomed by Howard V. Roberts, Ed.D., dean and professor, Coleman College of Business, and Lori Werth, Ph.D., provost, University of Pikeville.

New Sigma Beta Delta members include: Haley Jo Patton of Campton, Karlee Evans of Akron, Ohio, Adam Hall of Shelbiana, John Hopkins of Brandywine, Md., and Fallon Tallman of North Canton, Ohio.
