UPIKE students celebrate Women’s History Month

University of Pikeville students Sylvia Griffith of South Point, Ohio, and Sabrina Elliot of Barbourville, were announced as the winners of the Phenomenal Women essay and poster competition in celebration of Women’s History Month. Griffith’s essay is titled “Raise Your Fist” and Elliot’s poster featured Victorian writer George Eliot.
