The steps in the graduation application process are as follows:
Step 1  
Student will see assigned faculty advisor who will complete the following:
  • Print the academic program evaluation for the student’s major(s) and minor(s), if applicable;
  • Review and discuss the academic program evaluation with the student that all requirements for graduation and the expectation that these requirements must be met at the end of the term for which the student is expected to graduate;
  • Advisor and student sign the academic program evaluation;
  • Student is given the signed academic program evaluation.
Step 2  
Student pays the graduation fee ($100 Undergraduate/$250 Master) to the Business Office.
Step 3  
Student brings the paid graduation receipt received from the Business Office and the signed academic program evaluation to  the Registrar’s Office by the deadline listed on the Academic Calendar at which time the student will complete the Application for Degree.  The academic program evaluation is reviewed by a registrar.
Step 4   
Order your cap and gown (tassel included) through the University Bookstore no later than March 1st from the following link:

Note: Those students planning to graduate in Summer must have a plan to complete coursework (maximum of 12 hours) in order to file for graduation.
