Pikeville College to host alumni honors and awards banquet

March 15, 2011 11:00 AM
PIKEVILLE, KY
Spend time with friends. Rekindle old acquaintances. Join the Pikeville College Alumni Association for the Alumni Honors and Awards Banquet April 2. All classes are invited to attend.

The event will be held at the Landmark Inn’s Mark V in Pikeville. The evening includes an alumni awards ceremony followed by live music by the Jaguars and dancing. Awards will be presented to distinguished, rising and honorary alumni. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and the dinner and awards ceremony begins at 6 p.m. The cost of the dinner is $30 per person.

“An alumni banquet is a time to look back and celebrate,” said Kay Hammond, president of the alumni association. “Last year’s alumni dinner and dance was a great experience. Everyone had an opportunity to reconnect with former classmates and friends and recall fond memories of our Pikeville College years.”

Hammond said the event is open to all alumni, including the Training School, Academy, Junior College, undergraduate college, and Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine.

For more information or to R.S.V.P., visit alumni.pc.edu or call (606) 218-5276. Please R.S.V.P. by Friday, March 25.
