As an institution that receives federal student aid, these notices demonstrate the commitment of the University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine (KYCOM) to be fully compliant with federal regulations that apply.

The Clery Act is a federal statute requiring all colleges and universities participating in federal student aid programs to publish an annual security report that accurately discloses campus crime statistics and security information. This report is available to the campus community including current and prospective students, faculty, and staff.
