Alcohol Policy
The University of Pikeville does not allow alcohol to be served on campus.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
It is the policy of the University of Pikeville that no qualified person shall on the basis of disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination in any job, facility, program, or activity provided by the university.

Food & Catering
Aramark Catering is the exclusive caterer at the University of Pikeville. All food provided at your event must be served and catered by Aramark. Outside food and beverage as well as potlucks are prohibited. To arrange catering, please contact Aramark directly at (606) 218-5033.

Parking
Parking on the University of Pikeville campus is regulated at all times and is limited during business hours, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. During these times, event guests may need to seek alternate parking in the parking garage adjacent to campus. Parking is free and  event guests may utilize the covered pedestrian walkway that connects to Record Memorial Building on campus.



Payment Policy
The University of Pikeville requires a $250 non-refundable deposit and a down payment of 50 percent of the rental due with the application. The balance is due the day of the event. The representative for the event who signs the contract is financially responsible for any theft, damage to property, property clean up, as well as personal injury during the time specified on the contract.

Event Cancellation Policy
If an event is cancelled two weeks or more prior to the booking, all but the non-refundable $250 deposit is returned. If an event is cancelled less than 14 days before the event, the University of Pikeville will retain the deposit and down payment.
