Policies and Procedures

Policies and procedures may be found in the Administrative Personnel Handbook. This handbook is intended to outline the University’s policies, procedures, employment and pay practices and employee benefits. Full copies of policies can be found in the offices noted. Where benefits are controlled by insurance contracts, those contracts will rule if there are conflicts between contract provisions and the descriptions in this handbook.

Nothing in this handbook should be interpreted as a contract for employment with or for benefits from the University of Pikeville. The University reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate any of the policies and benefits described in this handbook, in keeping with appropriate University guidelines and procedures. This handbook will be reviewed annually and necessary revisions will be addressed.
